If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s). I will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

• Minor variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings and printing processes.

• Shipping delays caused by Canada Post, customs, weather, or other carriers are outside my control and are not eligible for refunds.

• Personalized, signed, or limited-edition items are non-refundable.

All orders are packed and shipped by Aya Winter from Sioux Lookout, Ontario, Canada using Canada Post.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation that it is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Lost or Damaged Orders
